What is Coaching?
Coaching can be described as many things but to me it is a process.
- This process begins when you realise that your life/business/career has the potential to change for the better.
- Then you find a Coach that is the right fit for you, in terms of values and outlook etc.
- You have your initial consultation, whereby your Coach finds out what your goals are and comes up with a Personalised Plan for you.
- The first Coaching session is arranged for a location that is convenient or else for Skype.
- In that session the Coach goes through their Coaching Contract which covers confidentiality and other aspects of your Personalised Plan.
- The Coach gets to know you and together you begin identifying what is important to you and what changes you want to make.
- After that each session builds upon the next.
- You will begin to realise that you have unlimited potential within you and make a plan to utilise that unlimited potential to the best of your abilities.
